I did some tests this morning with Chromium.
It started by not working, "Cannot download firmware file" like you...
I did another test a little later, for some unknown reason it worked this time.
What is certain is that it works every time with Firefox.
Looks ok with Safari and Opera.
I continue to search...

I tried again, both in Chrome and in Firefox. I still got the same result.
